Massive blaze at Heckmondwike sewerage plant
Firefighters are tackling a large blaze at an old sewerage plant in Heckmondwike
Crews were called to the Yorkshire Water Treatment Works on Smithies Lane at 6.53pm, where a large amount of plastic was on fire.
Firefighters are using four pump engines and an aerial appliance to tackle the flames, and smoke can be seen for miles around.
