Man performed sex act on himself in the street
A woman called the police after she saw a man perform sex act on himself in the street.
The witness said the man “looked like he had just got back from holiday” when the incident took place in Victoria Road, Liversedge.
PC Chris Birkenshaw, of Batley and Spen Neighbourhood Policing Team, said the man was seen on Friday July 3 at 5.45pm.

Hide AdHe was white with bronzed skin and had short light brown haired that was gelled back and slightly bleached by the sun.
He was aged around 18, of average height and slim to medium build, wearing black shorts and a maroon top.
PC Birkenshaw said this kind of occurrence was rare for the area and asked anyone with information to call Batley and Spen NPT on 01924 206355 or 101.
