M62 temporarily closed after crash between car and lorry
A stretch of the M62 motorway is closed this afternoon following a collision between a car and a lorry.
The eastbound stretch of the motorway is temporarily closed from junction 28 (Tingley), while emergency services work to clear the scene.
It’s thought the crash, which happened near junction 30 (Rothwell) at around 12.20pm, caused a blue Peugeot 207 to flip on to its roof.
Police say there are not thought to be any injuries.
