Loyalty is why we #Love Ossett
Almost 500 people have bought an Ossett loyalty card since it was launched earlier this year.
And by buying a card it gives them a range of discounts from 91 businesses in the town - but also helps raise funds that will be ploughed back into the community.

Debbie Squires runs Squires Family Deli in the town Centre and is part of the collective.
She said: “The scheme is for everyone and involves everyone in the town.
“The people of Ossett are already very loyal and the town’s strong sense of community is already helping this to work.”

Hide AdThe aim of the scheme is to keep people using all businesses based in Ossett.
Restaurants, bars, shops electricians and gardeners are just some of the businesses who have signed up and are offering discounts through the card.
Mrs Squires aid: “It is not just about businesses in the town centre it is for the whole of Ossett.
“If they are in Ossett then they are in.”
All the money raised through the scheme will go into a charity fund to benefit the community allowing community groups, schools or individuals to apply for grants to improve life in the town or attract more visitors.

And The Express is giving its backing to the scheme.
Mrs Squires said that Jackie and Alan Dean of Alicia Mai Jewellers had played a key role in helping get the scheme started after seeing a similar scheme in Chapel Allerton.
After a social media campaign on Facebook and Twitter using #LoveOssett it became clear there was an appetite for the scheme.
She said: “There has been a lot of work to set the scheme up. But this scheme really is for everyone. It is about doing something for Ossett and for the future.”
