Lorry hits Dewsbury railway bridge
A railway bridge in Dewsbury was damaged when a lorry crashed into it earlier today (Friday).
British Transport Police received reports that a lorry had struck a bridge in George Street just after noon.
Nobody was injured and there was only minor damage, but trains on the tracks above were told to travel at reduced speed as a precaution.
Services returned to normal after checks were made by Network Rail.
