Gavin, who was worked for the Brooke Street company for the last three years, will be working closely with Andy as chairman and his co-director Tracey Craven to help the firm expand and develop its services.

Howarths’ rebranding was a result of its past successes in providing HR and employment law support to firms across Yorkshire.

Its clients include consultancy KSDL, The John Smiths Stadium, delivery firm The Pink Link and Walkers Windows.

The firm hired health and safety specialist Mark Worsnop at the beginning of the month and has added health and safety support to its list of services, including bespoke safety management systems and offering guidance through risk assessments.

Newly appointed managing director Gavin Howarth welcomed the family firm’s rebranding.

He said: “We’re really excited about the prospect of expanding our service and offering businesses further compliance support. We’re genuinely passionate about what we do and the addition of health and safety was a natural fit to our business model.

“Mark is a fantastic addition to the team and we are all very much look forward to working with him.”
