Have your say on local GP services
North Kirklees Clinical Commission Group (CCG), which is made of up 29 GP practices, has published a survey that patients can fill in to share their views on how the service should work.
The CCG said it was committed to improving patient care and was looking at new ways of working.
North Kirklees CCG chairman Dr David Kelly said: “Your experiences and opinions really matter to us so that we can improve and shape the delivery of GP services in the future.”
A spokeswoman said the some of biggest challenges faced were increasing demand for GP services and a shortfall in trained GPs in some areas of the county, and that more innovative ways of organising services had to be considered.
The CCG will also look to gather views at an event at Batley Town Hall on Wednesday July 8.
