Harriers to help Hollybank

A TEAM of runners is tackling one of the hardest half marathons in the country for the Hollybank Trust.

Trustee Jim Whittaker, who has completed four marathons and at least 20 half marathons, encouraged supporters and staff from Hollybank to join him in the Liversedge Half Marathon this Sunday at 11am from Roberttown Common.

The Hollybank Harriers hope to raise about £1,000 for Hollybank Trust, which educates and cares for children and young adults with profound and multiple disabilities, mainly on their Roe Head site by Hartshead.
