Free jobs event in Batley

A free job seeker event takes place tomorrow at the Salvation Army centre, where job seekers will be able to speak with employment advisors about how and where they can gain knowledge and skills that may help to find a job.

Skills covered in the workshop include writing a new CV, getting the best out of universal job match and what employers are looking for from a job application.

The event has been put on by Jobcentre Plus in association with Premier Inn, Yorkshire Housing, Connect Housing and Together Housing. It runs from 11am-2pm at the Salvation Army, Bradford Road.
