Firefighters tackle huge derelict Cleckheaton mill blaze

Fire crews from across the district were called to tackle a derelict mill blaze in Cleckheaton.

Firefighters were called to Stone Street at 8.15pm last night (Thursday).

Five pumps and one aerial unit tackled the single storey building fire measuring 50 metres by 80 metres

A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said 30 per cent of building was involved.
