Firefighters tackle car garage blaze in Dewsbury

Fire crews were called after a blaze broke out at a car garage in Dewsbury this evening (Wednesday).

The garage and several cars were alight on Commercial Road.

Five pumps from Dewsbury and Wakefield fire stations were deployed at 6.20pm.

They used three large jets, breathing apparatus and an aerial appliance.
