Emergency gas works could cause delays in Mirfield

The repairs are set to coincide with planned maintenance, increasing the chance of traffic problems.

Two sets of temporary lights have had to be put in place near the John Cotton site, close to the junction of Coppin Hall Lane.

The lights will be manned between 6am and 8pm until the emergency work is complete on Wednesday, March 21.

After 8pm, when traffic is lighter, the lights will be automatic but there will be contact details posted at the site in case of emergencies.
