Drugs raid arrests in Dewsbury and Mirfield

At Speakers Court, Dewsbury, a 24-year old man was cautioned for possessing a small amount of ‘skunk’ cannabis, which was confiscated.

After a tip-off, officers then went to Heckmondwike Road, Dewsbury Moor, on March 16 to find cannabis being grown as well as loose skunk cannabis. A 30-year-old man was arrested and bailed.

The following day, a house on Northway Gardens, Mirfield was raided and two women, aged 17 and 24, were arrested on suspicion of possession of class A drugs with intent to supply after cash and drugs were seized. Both women are on bail.
