Driver released
A WOMAN has been discharged from hospital after a car crash in Staincliffe put her in a critical condition.
The woman, from Dewsbury, was driving across Halifax Road from Staincliffe Hall Road when her Ford Mondeo collided with a lorry on August 22.
Her injuries were so serious she had to be airlifted to Leeds General Infirmary, but she was discharged from the hospital on September 20.
The lorry driver was taken to Dewsbury and District Hospital after the incident, but was not seriously injured.
