Directors at Mid Yorkshire Hospitals Trust quit

BOARD members at the district’s hospitals trust have quit their posts the Reporter series understands.

All the non-executive directors at Mid Yorkshire Hospitals Trust, which runs Pinderfields, Pontefract and Dewsbury hospitals have stepped down from their positions on the board.

The trust, which is £26m in deficit, is currently consulting over controversial changes to its services to balance the books.
