Dinosaur model roams around Crow Nest Park

CROW Nest Park became Jurassic Park, when a five metre-long dinosaur was spotted roaming round the adventure playground.

However, rather than spreading terror, the prehistoric monster attracted an enthusiastic following. The creation was made by Wakefield artist Christian Christobell who wanted to share his work.

He said: “About 100 people turned up to see the show and the kids especially loved it.”

Christian takes his Dinosaur Encounter show to schools, parties and community groups to teach young people about the multi-million year-old creatures.
