The show is going to be a complete surprise to these individuals, so it is very important that they have no idea they are being nominated for the show. It should be an amazing chance to reward some amazing people, with an unforgettable experience that will be broadcast to the nation at a primetime slot on BBC One.

Strictly Come Dancing is one of the biggest shows at the BBC and this programme should really highlight the amazing work that people are doing across the country. All you need to do to access the nomination form is to email [email protected].

The show, which will form part of next year’s Red Nose Day campaign and will raise money for Comic Relief, will play on BBC One in the lead up to the night of TV in March 2015. The heroes will be accompanied on their Strictly journey by a professional dancer from the Strictly troupe which, after only four weeks of training will culminate in a performance to the nation in the Strictly ballroom, presented by Tess and Claudia and judged by the Strictly judges.
