A team of litter pickers from Dewsbury have cleaned up a churchyard strewn with rubbish.

Lead by community coordinator of Bramwell Sports Tanisha Bramwell, the team cleared the waste from Saint John’s church, Boothroyd Lane, Dewsbury.
The team met throughout lockdown on Sundays clearing the gravestones and grass verges.
She said: "I walked by a church in my ward. Some of my family are buried there.
“The grass and graveyard was horrific.”
