Stolen car from Pudsey seized in Batley with false plates

A stolen car that was found with false plates was recovered in Batley.

The Batley and Spen Neighbourhood Policing Team recovered the grey Seat in Warwick Road.

The vehicle was found on false plates and had recently been stolen from the Pudsey area during a burglary.

The NPT confirmed the vehicle is now awaiting a forensic examination, and enquiries are ongoing.

The seizure was part of Operation Tireminster which is a dedicated police operation in the Batley and Spen area.

It targets illegal and nuisance vehicles.
