Officers from the Dewsbury Neighbourhood Policing Team carried out the search at the weekend.
The warrant was executed at the property as officers carried out their investigation work.
During their searches they discovered hundreds of cannabis plants
All the plants and equipment in the property were seized by officers.
Enquiries remain ongoing.
