Officers also issued a traffic offence report after a five-year=old was seated without an appropriate car seat.

A section 59 warning was also handed out to another vehicle with regards to the manner of driving.

The warning which stays with the vehicle and driver for 12 months would give officers powers to seize the vehicle there and then if sighted again in an anti social manner.
