Information passed onto police by Crimestoppers saw police carry out a drugs raid in Cleckheaton.

Officers from the Batley and Spen Neighbourhood Policing team executed a warrant under Section 23 Misuse of Drugs Act, at an address in Cleckheaton.

A quantity of cannabis plants were being cultivated at the address, and a quantity of Class A drugs were also seized.

This was as a result of information provided to police via Crimestoppers.

A spokesperson fro the policing team said: "If you have any information relating to the cultivation or supply of drugs, or any other criminality, you can provide this information anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or online."
