The offence happened on May 24 in Boar Lane, Leeds, when the 30-year-old victim’s wallet has been taken from his pocket.
A bank card in the wallet has then been used to withdraw cash from two cashpoints and also to pay for numerous items totalling around £1,500 in a number of shops in Leeds city centre.
PC Matt Thirkill, of Leeds City Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “We would urge anyone who recognises any of the men pictured in these CCTV images, or indeed the men themselves, to get in contact with us. We would like to speak to them as part of our ongoing enquiries in to this incident.
“Anyone with information is asked to call Leeds City NPT via 101.”
