Cars used in suspected crimes seized by police in north Kirklees

Two cars suspected of being used in crimes have been seized by police in north Kirklees.

Officers from the Batley and Spen Neighbourhood Policing Team took the cars off the streets on January 31.

A VW Golf located in the Liversedge area and was seized as it was used in a crime following an assault in the Heckmondwike area.

A Ford Mondeo in the Healey area, suspected to be used as a pool car to commit crime was aslo seized.

It is also linked to a burglary in the Huddersfield area. The vehicle is currently undergoing a forensic examination.
