Court order to move travellers on from Dewsbury
KIRKLEES Council is taking legal action to move on travellers from Dewsbury.
The travellers had previously been at Dale Lane in Heckmondwike, but have moved onto the pay and display car park at Commercial Road, Dewsbury.
A court hearing will be heard on Monday at Huddersfield County Court.
Meanwhile, a court application is being made in relation to a further group who have moved onto the former Safeway site in Bradford Road, Dewsbury.
