Children’s charity is seeking volunteer
The Reporter Series has teamed up with Volunteering Kirklees to help promote opportunities in North Kirklees.
Organisation: Cauldwell Children
Role: Family support volunteer
Description: Volunteers are will visit families who care for a disabled child and need support. Duties will include giving emotional and practical support within the family home. Training will be provided.
When/where needed: Various locations, flexible times.
Skills: Good listener, reliable, trustworthy and committed. Experience working with disabled children would also be desirable.
