Cat loose in Mirfield after sneaking on van in Earlsheaton

A CAT is thought to be lost in Mirfield after it hopped on to a delivery van in Earlsheaton.

Sarah Gaskell was having a new bed delivered to her home in Wakefield Crescent when her pet Ziggy climbed into the van unnoticed on Monday.

He escaped around two hours later when the driver opened the door to make another delivery in Kitson Hill Road, Mirfield.
