Cosmetics giant Superdrug will close their Dewsbury store next month.
The chain, which is the second largest beauty and health retailer after Boots, will cease trading at its Longcauseway store on June 15.
Superdrug were unable to confirm whether there would be job losses.
A Superdrug spokeswoman said: “We would like to thank all our customers in Dewsbury for their support and hope they will visit our stores in Heckmondwike and Wakefield for their health and beauty essentials.”
The Heckmondwike store is in Market Street in the town centre.
The chain has more than 800 stores throughout the country which employ around 16,000 people.
