BREAKING NEWS: Batley and Cleckheaton Music Schools to close
KIRKLEES Music School has announced it is closing three of its music centres in the borough.
Children who attend the centres in Batley and Cleckheaton will meet at Dewsbury Music Centre in Mirfield under the proposed plans.
Another is set to close in south Kirklees.
Principal Thom Meredith said the restructure was in response to “challenging financial circumstances”.
