Awards session for a year of hard work

Talented pupils at a Dewsbury maddrassah school were given awards for their hard work.
Of more than 200 pupils that attend the Mohaddis-E-Azam Mission Madani Mosque school, 22 were given trophies for correct pronunciation of the Koran in Arabic, Islamic Studies, fluency in English and Urdu, and good behaviour.
Headteacher Imam Moalana Hafiz Faiz-Ur-Rahman said: “As usual, the competition was again tough this year.

“We have lots of amazing children at our Madrassah who tend to

put in a great deal of hard work and effort.”
