Arsenic and Old Lace heading to town

Arsenic and Old Lace, one of the world's most widely-acclaimed classic comedy hits, is heading to Batley later this month

The production, which focuses on the play written by the American playwright Joseph Kesselring in 1939 and was later made into a film starring the late Cary Grant, is being performed by Phoenix Players.

The show takes place at Upper Batley High School and runs from Thursday, July 21 until Saturday, July 23.

Each nightly showing begins at 7.15pm.
