Appeal to find missing Batley teenager who went to visit friend in Dewsbury

Sasha Durant, who is 14, was last seen at 10.45am in Batley yesterday (Tuesday).

She is believed to have gone to Bradford after visiting a friend in Dewsbury, and may be in the Clayton or Holmewood areas.

She is described as being about 5ft 2ins tall with long dark brown hair and was last seen wearing black Nike shoes, a woolly brown fur coat and light blue jeans.

Enquiries are continuing to locate Sasha and anyone with information that will assist in locating her is asked to contact police in Kirklees on 101, or use the contact options on the West Yorkshire Police website.
