Appeal for new photos

A GREEN-FINGERED group is looking for snap-happy residents to capture their local community on camera.

Hopton In Bloom is putting together a 2013 calendar using images of the village from times past.

But the theme of the calendar is Hopton Then And Now, so the group has organised a competition to find modern day images.

Fifteen old photos showing various sites in Hopton will be uploaded to the Hopton In Bloom website on Sunday April 1.

Most Popular

Visitors will then be asked to take pictures of the locations featured as they appear today.

Entries need to be submitted to James Bland by Sunday May 20. He can be called on 07909 536826 or emailed on [email protected].

The final 13 images that will be used in the calendar will then be chosen by an independent judge.
