Animal lover’s top of the crops stunt
Phil Geering will be parting with his locks in December to raise cash for new shelters at Morley Exotic Animal Rescue.
The 57-year-old from Ravensthorpe said: “We’ve got just about enough money to complete up to the roof so I’m hoping to raise the last bit.

Mr Geering started volunteering at the centre in Gildersome last year after meeting founders Heather and Alan Hewitt.
“I’ve always loved animals but this is something else,” he said.
“They’ve got upwards of 100 animals across 40 species. Most of them still live in the house so it’s a bit mad.
