• Broken finger nails,

• stubbed toes,

• hangovers,

• ear pains,

• toothache,

• contact lens problems, and,

• questions about where to collect

A lot of illnesses can be treated at home but it’s important to keep a well-stocked medicine cabinet and make sure all medication is in date.

For most minor illnesses, such as colds, coughs and diarrhoea, the following options are available to you:
