Estate agent gives apprentices a good start on their own property ladders

Over the past three years, Richard Kendall Estate Agent has been working closely with the National Business College (NBC) through its apprentice scheme to introduce and train the younger generation of this area to estate agency.

During this time the firm has found a number of excellent candidates who have gone on to develop their business skills within the company. Partner Claire Kendall said: “Here at Richard Kendall we have always believed in longevity and are proud of the length of service a large number of our staff have given us.

“The apprentice scheme helps deliver quality and unique individuals to our company who we can then work with closely, helping to provide them with a smooth transition from school life to a busy business environment and give them the best start to a working life.
