Specialist business property advisor, Christie & Co has announced the sale of 57 Dental Care, a large mixed dental practice in Cleckheaton, to first-time buyers.

Set in a large, detached character property, the well-established practice comprises four well-equipped surgeries renovated when the previous owners took ownership in 2008.

The couple plan to leverage Temur’s experience with implants and expand the business by introducing an ‘implant hub’ in future.

Jawad Anjum, Director at Christie Finance secured the funds for Temur and Sanna to acquire the dental practice.

He said: “It was great working with Temur and Sanna. There was an alternative practice that they missed out on, which left them rather disheartened.

"However, 57 Dental then came on the market. As they say, never fret if you miss out on something, as there’s bound to be something better right around the corner, and this literally was around the corner for them! I am absolutely delighted they were able to acquire a practice so close to home which ticked all the boxes.

"I wish them all the success in the future, although I do sense that I’ll be hearing from Temur again very soon to buy number two!”

57 Dental Group was purchased as a single asset freehold from a small dental group.
