These are the sobering Covid-19 death totals in cities across the UK

The coronavirus has impacted areas across the UK to varying degrees in terms of case numbers, patients and deaths. This is how the key cities across England have been affected by the virus

The following data is available from the Office for National Statistics and refers to deaths from coronavirus between 1 March 2020 and 31 May 2020.

13. Bristol

Bristol experienced 230 deaths from Covid-19 between 1 March and 31 May. The highest number of deaths in one area was in Westbury on Trym, with 24 deaths Photo: Shutterstock

Portsmouth had 100 deaths from Covid-19 between 1 March and 31 May. The highest number of deaths was in Milton, with 16, and Wymering, Southsea Prince Albert Road and Old Portsmouth & Southsea Common had zero Photo: Shutterstock
