Oakwell Park Industrial Estate now fully let as Toolstation site opens

The DIY chain has expanded into 5,000 sq ft of space in a deal brokered by Robert Austin and Co Chartered Surveyors, acting on behalf of owner’s South Parade Properties Ltd.

Prior to the letting, Robert Austin and Co had project-managed the building’s refurbishment. It also manages the estate.
