New Co-op store opens on Dewsbury’s Leeds Road after £200,000 investment

Co-op has served up a new store in Dewsbury following a £200,000 investment.

Co-op has served up a new store in Dewsbury following a £200,000 investment.

The new store, located on Leeds Road, opened earlier this month and runs on 100% renewable electricity.

Customer Daphne Wilby cut the ribbon to open the store, watched by manager Karen Rudge and staff members.

Co-op’s Adie Flude said: “We are delighted to have made such a significant investment, the store looks great.”
