Legend Lionel Richie heading to Leeds First Direct Arena
The former Commodores will be appearing at the venue on Wednesday March 4.

Lionel is promising fans an evening of hits drawn from his time with The Commodores right up to the present day.
Tracks expected to be in the setlist include Dancing On The Ceiling, Hello, Three Times A Lady, Easy and All Night Long.
Tickets for Lionel’s show go on sale at 9am this Friday, priced from £25.

Next year’s tour is being billed as Lionel’s celebration of a career that has seen him sell more than 100 million albums worldwide.
He has also won a whole host of prestigious awards such as GRAMMYs, a Golden Globe and even an Oscar.

Hide AdMusic artists playing the arena between now and the end of the year include Ed Sheeran, Jack White, Kasabian, James, Bryan Adams, Slash, The Who, Michael Bublé, Status Quo and Madness.
Other events scheduled for the next few months include shows from funnymen Lee Evans and John Bishop as well as a night of boxing featuring Leeds fighter Josh Warrington.
Stars joining Lionel as part of the arena’s packed programme for 2015, meanwhile, include The Script, The Black Keys, Thunder, Paloma Faith, 5 Seconds Of Summer and Leeds’s own Kaiser Chiefs.
