Free ballet and opera on big screens
Free ballet and opera performances are to be beamed onto big screens in Bradford and Leeds.
MacMillan’s Mayerling, by the Royal Ballet, and Puccini’s La Rondine and Tosca, by the Royal Opera, will be shown in Centenary Square, Bradford, and Millennium Square, Leeds, in a programme by BP showing live and free screenings from the Royal Opera House.
Mayerling is broadcast on Thursday June 13 at 7.30pm; La Rondine is shown on Thursday July 11 at 7.30pm and Tosca is shown on Thursday July 18 at 7.30pm.
