Celebrate St Pat’s in style
Live music, dance, street exhibitions and entertainment will help make the 14th Huddersfield St Patrick’s Day Parade go with a bang. The event takes place a week earlier than the official celebration, this Sunday March 9 from 1pm. Acts performing include Giants Causeway Rock band, Under The Archways, Frumptarn Guggenband, Marsden Brass band and Leeds Ceilidh.
The weekend will be kicked off with a concert at the Irish Centre starring Kilmyshall Set Dancers and the Ranchers Showband on Saturday at 8.30pm. For more information, go to the Parade’s Facebook page or visit www.theparadeonline.org.
