Cast members go back to the Sixties

Cast members of a Batley theatre group have gone back to the swinging Sixties for next week’s production of Sweet Charity.

Members of Carlinghow Theatre Company have been competing to pull together the most authentic outfits for one of the shows most popular numbers, The Rhythm of Life.

The show is a special production for the group, which is celebrating its 90th anniversary.

Sweet Charity will be performed at Batley Town Hall from Wednesday September 17 to Saturday September 20.

Tickets cost £13 (concessions £11).
