Batley Gilbert and Sullivan Society to perform Trial By Jury

Batley Gilbert and Sullivan Society will perform courtroom drama Trial By Jury this month.

The show is directed by Stephanie Roe, who directed the society’s The Mikado production last year and is also performing in this month’sperformance.

She will play Little Buttercup and Robert Thurman will portray Joseph Porter.

The production will feature music by Arthur Sullivan and an orchestra led by Nicholas Whitaker.

The show will take place at Batley Town Hall from Wednesday April 22 until Saturday April 25, at 7.15pm.

There will also be a Saturday matinee at 2.15pm.
