A COLOURFUL procession marked the departure of Chickenley Community School pupils for secondary education.
Year six pupils (aged 10 and 11) led the annual Roots and Wings carnival from the school to Earlsheaton Technology College, where many of them will be starting in September.
Roots and Wings, now in its fifth year, is supported by arts organisation Loca.
