Rams sign Italian international

DEWSBURY Rams have signed Italian international forward Dario Esposito.

The 24-year-old had a spell in the Championship with York City Knights last season having previously played in the Queensland Cup in Australia.

Esposito hails from Wellington, New Zealand, but qualifies to play for Italy through his grandfather and scored in the Azzuri’s recent game against Russia.

Esposito, together with the rest of Glenn Morrison’s Rams squad will be at the meet the players evening at Tetley’s Stadium next Wednesday (November 14).
