Batley maintain push for place in top flight
It was Batley’s 11th win of the season and leaves them 21 points clear of Yeadon at the top of Championship A.
Steady batting from Aqeel Mukhtar (40), Tariq Mahboob (35no) and Aqsad Ali (33) enabled Batley to make 182-6.

Yeadon maintained their own title challenge with a six-wicket win at Undercliffe and still have a game in hand over Batley.
Good bowling from Michael Hunter (5-62) and Taine Jolley (3-40) helped restrict Undercliffe to 187-9, despite the efforts of Undercliffe cricket chairman Andy Wilsdon (44) who top scored.
Opener James Todd (53) and Max Maciver (37) ensured that Yeadon had few problems securing a 10th win of the season.

Hide AdLiversedge were undone by Hunslet Nelson’s New Zealand overseas player Chris Anderson as they slipped to a four-wicket win.
Liversedge posted a useful 190 thanks to the efforts of Paul Marlow (69) and Mark Hydes (37) as Patrick Hinchliffe impressed with 5-48 for Nelson.
But is wasn’t enough as Anderson made a fine unbeaten 105 and Nelson secured a four-wicket win.
Wasim Khaliq (5-54) was pick of the Liversedge bowling but they stay third-bottom.
Ossett earned a five-wicket success over Keighley.

Hide AdHarvey Anderson took 5-38 as Keighley were bowled out for 131 and followed up with 48 in the successful run chase, where Khalid Usman finished unbeaten on 43.
Birstall slipped to a 23-run defeat against Baildon and lie seventh in the table.
Baildon captain Simon Bailey top scored with 42 in their total of 150 as Kamran Khan picked up 4-30.
Mounam Ejaz (3-5), Jamie Abbott (3-9) and Mushtaq Ahmed (3-36) helped dismiss Birstall for 127.
