IF elections were decided on persistence, determination and unfailing optimism the winner would already have been declared in Dewsbury West.
A leaflet, a Christmas card and, more crucially, a personal door knock – how nice to see a candidate (Karen Rowling) who is genuinely interested in the view on the doorstep.

Mirfield’s loss should be very much Dewsbury’s gain.
