A MAN has been charged with handling stolen goods after tools were found in a car.
The blue Renault Clio crashed in Crackenedge Lane, Dewsbury on April 1. Officers had seen two men get out of the car in North Road, before it sped off.
Two men fled, but were later arrested. In the car’s boot, police officers found Bosch, Black and Decker and Ryobi tools, all believed to be stolen.
A 21-year old has been charged with handling stolen goods and motoring offences, and for a separate racially aggravated public order offence alleged to have happened the day before in Thornhill Road.
